Nice profit potential on those options. I hope our friends at justice and the SEC are examining those trades.

Hi Peter, hope you survived today's fiasco. It is a day I won't soon forget.

"The Chicago Board Options Exchange said it was investigating ``unusual'' trading activity in Emulex options. ''The unusual trading has triggered an intense investigation,'' said a CBOE spokesman in response to an inquiry. "

Peter V- After posting on another thread that the perpetrators would stick out like a sore thumb if they traded EMLX, it dawned on me how they could have disguised this whole thing. What if they had taken a short position in Qlogic or some other company that would have been affected by this news on EMLX. Keeping themselves one step removed from all the action might just slip by the investigators. Just thinking out loud.
