RG,

Go here for O/S and float. www.voiptelecom.net The release was not done properly in my opinion as there is no distribution date mentioned. I understand that to be in the process of being corrected. The unofficial float is supposed to be 1,500,000 to 2,000,000 shares since blocks are in friendly hands, but take that for what it's worth. I rate this is one of the strongest stocks fundamentally I've seen in some time. I would read the releases carefully and review the JV partners involved and also check into the background of the individuals involved with VOPT. I would never encourage anyone to buy any stock for purposes of the split. FDKP is a prime example of why. If you agree the fundamentals are present, then the split is gravy. One of the founders of VOPT was involved with KANA which went well over $140 per share. My favorites are IIMC, LGOV, and VOPT for timeliness and fundamentals which I believe will carry them much higher. We all do have our favorites though, don't we? :-) As always do your own DD.

Vopt
Look at Cgw there new partner as vopt will be giving cgw 15 mil shares and cgw with 7 mil fully diluted and at .49c.
Do the math as Cgw just bid on a 30 mil dollar deal with the city of vancouver for there wireless.
