The above is the link to ROTI's newsletter.

Gee, Shatsoff is suggesting a possible one for fifteen reverse split in the newsletter.

>>>...We also seek your approval of an amendment to our articles of incorporation that will effect a one-for-fifteen reverse stock split of our common stock, with the timing of the implementation of such a reverse stock split to be at the discretion of our board of directors.<<<

Let me guess...for the "good" of the shareholders? Via the Murphy mentor method?? Mentor Semper Schmentor, I'm seeing a pattern...Scotch plaid, I think. Yeah. Possibly authorize hundreds of millions of shares and then do a possible reverse split-for the good of the shareholders! Yeah...I'm anticipating putting all my ROTI shares right next to my shares of ITEL and Cyberfax. I think a triumvirate of cheese-laden air is always faithful to cleansing the naive, gullible thoughts out of the head...with a dash of "nutmeg." Muller that over.

I guess Larry caught that men's room class at Wharton where they taught "What Shelly Long, McClean Stevenson and Andy Richter did to corner the dumb market" (Flush...)

Mom didn't really need that kidney......Yeah.....

Onward,

George
