You are sooo right, Fred. And yes, letting SEC, CNBC, Bloomberg, Briefing, etc. know that we did not like this and expect full prosecution of perps is a very wise move.

Couldn't agree with your post more. What CNBC and all the other talking heads conveniently overlooked is that the EMLX news appeared to originate from a reliable newswire, not a chatroom. E-x-c-u-u-u-s-e me (figurately) for wanting to dump my shares of EMLX upon reading that it was going to restate 2 1/2 years worth of earnings. Of course I'll spend the next week calling the company to verify before selling my shares.

Give me a break.
