I have heard this before and do not understand the basis for it. KEM's Debt-to-equity ratio is .16, VSH is .11 based on the most recent Q. Maybe I do not understand what you mean by leveraged? What affect, if any, does VSH's plan to be debt free by the end of this year (assuming they accomplish it) have on your assessment of leverage and fiscal strength?
