Rubber checks and hèrèmistes

Good translation! Especially since my palsy seems to have added a typo (overtement not overttement).

Here's my take on the illustrated lawyer dictionary entry under the concept of "client":

Take two clients. The first is a hèrèmiste* just sent up for bad checks. The other is a powerful multinational plainly damaged by one of its competitors to the tune of 250 million francs. Wait, on second thought, let’s take just one client.

* I don’t know this word and it’s not in the dictionary. Probably not flattering, tho, and it seems to have a sexual angle. Hèrè is the French form of Ira, the second wife of Zeus. She was also his sister. And he also fooled around a lot on her.
