Announcer: Right. now I understand that [uh] arranging and getting the money to actually do it is just almost there, is that Right?

Stephens: Well, well, there’s probably two ways to look at it. I, I [uh] we’re working with so many people it’s unbelievable, and, uh uh, naturally I have laid the stock that I own on the altar and [uh] it’s one year restricted stock, and [uh] you know p[uh] I’ve offered to sell it at a discount [uh] in order to get the money, but then, we’ve also now, finally after six years, Stan, of of fighting the Devil and and [uh] I don’t know who all else,
Announcer: I understand
Stephens: we’ve finally got the SB-2 [uh] filed. And the SB-2 is [uh] the small business [uh] filing where instead of going with an S-1 like

You go to a big house they’ll under write it and so forth, [uh] we’re… we … I just have, I just have enough faith in God and enough faith in God’s people that, that, that, that SB-2, we can self-fund that right here, and God’s people will get the benefit of the [uh] returns.

Announcer: All right, now let me explain what he’s talking about folks. Right now, if you go and buy stock, any stock, anyplace, [uh] I think, unless it is an SB-2, and I’m not by any means an expert on this, your money goes off to some other nebulous bank someplace else. [uh]
Stephens: Well actually your money goes into somebody else’s pocket who’s willing to sell.
Announcer: Oh, uh ok. Aright, now whereas when when it [uh] I’m trying to chose my words very carefully here, and by the way he is not offering this for sale, and neither am I. Ok,. We’re just simply trying to
Stephens: It can’t be sold yet, it can’t be sold until it’s registered.
Announcer: That’s right.

Announcer: That’s right, we want to make that clear, but when an SB-2 is filed and approved and someone buys stock from that company, that money actually goes to the company, rather than to a stock holder, and in the case of Hayseed Stephens, that money would go to NESS energy which would actually fund the project so you would have the money to go and then drill the well. Announcer: One of the things I, I wanted you were telling me the other day and I wanted to talk about was I understand that through the years there have been many that are bona fide prophets that have prophesied about this well and its coming. One of the prophecies says that when it’s very near the end, that God would bring in people of position, people of the can do and the know how to be able to actually drill this well. Now I understand that this is happening big-time some [uh] very important people that have just come on board to help you do this, tell us about them.

Stephens: Oh my goodness, I tell you what [laughs], after eighteen years you know you you get to a point where you say “God I gotta quit this I mean obviously you did speak to me”, but from the very beginning God spoke [uh] to Solomon and since God has no respect for persons, about building the temple you know He spoke to Solomon and said “I will send craftsmen skilled in their trades to build it” I’ll give

you the wisdom, but then I’ll send craftsmen to build the temple. And so, I felt in all my heart that that’s exactly what he’s telling me. Because I, I’ve said from the very word go, .. for .. in the beginning, … all … the …. nine thousand two hundred feet is the deepest I’ve ever drilled a well in my life and so consequently [uh] to drill to 27,000 feet that, that’s just a big, big stretch, it’s just a different world … and [uh] … about a month ago, God reminded me of a person that I had ministered to five years ago at a full gospel businessman’s luncheon. And uh…
Announcer: You gave him a prophecy, am I remembering that correctly?

Stephens: Well, I, [uh], really what I, it wasn’t a prophecy, it was an explanation. The uh young, uh the man, you know [uh] he didn’t, he said “God speaks to you and you speak to God, and God speaks to you and you speak to God ”, he said “how in the world”,

you know “here I am, president of all these big religious [uh] meetings and so forth, and deacons and elders and so forth, and God ain’t never spoke to me” , and at that time he was 64 years old. And I said “well just a second”, let me explain to you… you ever been sitting at your desk and you were pressed to call home and your secretary came in and had some paperwork and you forgot it and then you were pressed to call home and something else happened and you forgot it, and then I mean you were pressed to call home, and you said, ‘I don’t care what happens, I’ve got to call home’, and you call home and it was an urgent situation that only you could handle”, he said “that happens to me all the time”, and I said “the thief comes to kill and to steal and to destroy, but Jesus said ‘I came that you may have life more abundantly’ so who would you say was that speaking to you trying to get your attention” , he said “are you telling me that God speaks to me just like he does you?” , and I said “Absolutely, he speaks to us all [chuckles], and

I cut him free, but I haven’t talked to him for five years, and I came to find out that this man was Chairman of the Board of directors of the Ensearch Drilling Company, exploration company which has drilled all over the world, and so [uh] now he has come on board very enthusiastically come on board and said “It’s [uh] it’s [uh] it it’s a wonder when prophecy and Science come together at the South-West end of the Dead Sea” and [uh] also we hired his [uh, uh] full-time [uh, uh] drilling superintendent in [uh] Ensearch, under [uh] this … drilling superintendent which is Brother Kincholoe they drilled two wells then around Elk City Oklahoma to over thirty thousand feet deep. Which are two of the deepest wells that’s ever been drilled in the world, but they were first, they were first

They were the first ones to go out into the [uh] Gulf of Mexico and, and … on a floating drilling platform drill in two thousand feet of water, so boy I’m telling you, I’m on fire, because we’re leaving in the morning, the three of us, we’re leaving in the morning to go over and [uh] to Israel, and I want to introduce these guys of course to all my partners over there,
