Hi Don Green; Another thing comes to mind regarding the new RDRAM specifications, both the 1.06GHz and the 4-bank solution... Whatever happened to all those promises made to consumers along the line of: "Sure, RDRAM is more expensive, but this is the memory of the future. Your grandchildren will be computing with this stuff!" Barely a year goes by and the stuff has already either been outdistanced by PC133 CL2, or made obsolete by Rambus' own new product announcements. -- Carl P.S. The above was intended to be taken more or less humorously. I've been in the industry for a couple decades, and I've seen some mistakes made, but never a billion dollar mistake. If there is some guy who's been doing engineering for 10 years and claims he's never been late on a project, well, I would have to say that the guy probably votes democratic.
