Mournin' Donna,

I apologize for misreading your post and being so breezy...I did not understand that you sold on the downdraft...that's too bad.

When I saw Greg's first post on emulex, I went to Schwab and it was at 75...on my mkt sell scrn it was 57...I thought, what to heck, it will be back to something above 57...and I held. At least I have a chance that it will hit 127 at which point I may sell...You can bet your boots there will be resistance in the 120-130 range that will be hard to push through.

Re the form: I printed it off and read it...looks like it is mostly oriented towards broker misdeeds. My gripe is with the market makers...Having said that, Mama Bear sounds like she has a logical explanation for the reopen at the ridiculous price of 130. Also, someone posted a MM link over on EMLX thread...there are so many MMs not one can be held accountable...the computer set the reopen price using routine rules...I suppose my complaint would be with the NASD itself for allowing normal algorithms to determine the reopen price in this situation....

Thanks for your concern...
