I don't have the answers, only the questions. Labor has a decent foothold in United Airline which is owned by the workers so there is something valid in the ring of the sound of it isn't there? Pilot & mechanic is rather Hi-Tech these days - eh? <<Why would someone in such a position need an additional level of management such as a union steward - not to mention a work arrangement that would threaten job mobility? In the modern corporation, the lines between staff and management are becoming increasingly blurred, anyway. >> Aren't there an increasing number of disgruntled workers in all the Internet companies with the long hours & small pay when stock options are excluded & most stock option being under water which were issued prior to 2Q99?
