Re: "When the process targets 1GHZ for Intel's P3, how may die are bad for every one they can ship?" I can see once again you don't understand semiconductor manufacturing. Intel is producing 1GHz CuMines in volume on standard production material. The ones that don't run at 1GHz simply downbin to the speed where they do run. Failure to run at 1GHz does not impact yield. It's a binsplit thing. EP
