Nope, Nada, 0.13u Al(Not).

The point I was making is that it took IBM and AMD forever to Cu working. Regardless if this is a different process, I don't think it will run smooth at first, at least not in 2001.

No process runs "smoothly" at first, Copper, Aluminum, whatever.

Duh? That's why I said from combined fabs, I was assuming one on Cu and one on Al, but you are telling me that Intel is only going to .13um on Cu.

Mr. Barrett's insight should obviously by taken as written in stone given Intel's performance this year.
