Possibly, although the site lies in the region described by the ancient writings as one of the two city-states that used advanced weaponry on each other: giant arrows that had "tails of fire" and a terrible weapon that "destroyed with the brightness of the sun and a horrible roar and wind" and those that were not killed instantly "died within a few days of some mysterious illness."
