PM,

If you read the article, the person discussing using another operating system is the founder of the Palm device. He simply stated that he would use another device if it were practical, and offered value. Do you feel that Handspring's management is "stupid"? Perhaps read the article before making such accusations.

Paul Kapustka: Well, let's talk about competing with Microsoft. Are they getting better?

Jeff Hawkins: They are getting better, but we still don't see them being successful with their current products, but we continue to worry about them. In the future, if they had a really great offering, Handspring could build a product using Wince. But for today, we have no plans for that.

My comments: Wince refers to Windows CE Operating System.

PM: It's comforting to know that you feel that one of the developers of the Palm device is "stupid". Perhaps Handspring should seek your guidance, so that do not make "stupid" decisions.
