It is incredible how one guy SAK could have everything in front of his face to make it big time and completely blow it in a matter of months..

Maybe he figured it was easier just to fleece us than actually have to work for a living?

Just speculating and bitter.

The problem appears to be that Sak couldn't raise the money necessary to make these projects happen. Sak is a refined guy who comes across as educated, articulate with his British accent and classy. He just couldn't walk the talk. Where people got pissed off is he kept up the ruse about financing arriving until the very end. It seems his ego wouldn't allow him to admit defeat.

I've also heard he has had at least one alternative financing offer on the table for months. It would have cost him control of the project so he wouldn't do it.

His family and closest friends have a lot of money in this company. I wouldn't want to be Sak right now.
