Craig, No, I never put in stop losses as I believe that investing is a thinking game, not a mechanical game. And the Emulex deal was a perfect example. It is amazing that investors can have the wild confidence to push a co. to over $100 a share and then dump it due to a false story. It is like they don't really know what they are holding. Duh! <VBG> It certainly shows how valuable Wall Street analysts are to the average investor. A number between zero and a lot less comes to mind.

I also am very leery of these cos. like WebClippings when this sort of thing happens. As the saying goes, "who benefits from these scams?" Just like I wonder about Norton and the other anti-virus cos. when a virus brings down some big players. And, of course, we know that phone cos. hire all the obscene callers and telemarketers. <g>
