Phillip, with recent financing I see PBRRE as a potential turn around (more comparable to Ebay). As with any stock, until PBRRE proves it's ability to turn a profit it will remain a risk. I agree that perhaps the pre-holiday season would be a better timely buy, however, I believe the Fall PBRRE media blitz may create a rally. Thank you for your post and good luck with ZLC. Ed P.S.
