Things are moving to a whole different level, with shorters and Barron's and Colin Divine now part of a vast criminal conspiracy to drive CNC out of business. Re the Barron's article, the longs argument is: "None of the cases they cite to deal with a financial company led by a former GE executive whose initials are 'G.W' and who was born during the month of May and who is left-handed." It's hard to argue with that line of reasoning. Of course, since we are all criminals anyway, I guess it doesn't matter.
