By the time I caught the news and found it was a hoax the stock was already halted. I had an buy order in but took it out when I realized that many people would have market orders in thinking the stock would reopen lower.

I'm happy for the people who made money on EMLX, be they short or long, but whoever put that press release out should be subjugated to nothing less than the absolute worst punishment that has ever been handed out by the SEC. The chain reaction of events that took place here was highly predictable and absolutely unforgivable. Whoever is responsible for producing this press release, not the wire services, I hope you get a jury trial with a jurist box full of people who take responsibility for their actions a lot more seriously than you did.

I hope they fine you for every penny lost in the market cap of EMLX during the period the stock traded before the halt.

I hope you are forced to pay back every dollar lost to those who bought, or sold, as a result of this bogus press release and the events that unfolded thereafter.

No offense meant to you Jack, RTS
