Already there, with cdmaOne.

There are some 100 licenses already scheduled to be auctioned in the new 2GHz spectrum set aside (or about to be set aside - e.g. Brazil) for 3G on all continents of the world except for North America. Would you care to hazard a guess as to how cdma2000 or MC CDMA will fare as a technology choice in this spectrum?

Eric, are you intimating that there's a massive downturn imminent for CDMA relative growth?
