You might want to reconsider your end tag about Bilow. Another thread I follow had a few people suspended last week for taunting each other the way you are taunting Carl now. Regardless if you're right or not, it's still taunting and if someone brings it to the Admins attention, you will likely get a suspention.

Rambus has already stated that they would withhold the licensing of the patent from any company that made them go through a lawsuit if Rambus won.

So the Rambus monopoly could demand arbitrarily high royalties, and refuse to license anyone who took them to court? Not likely!
