Jim, What are the terms of the confidential Hitachi settlement? How about the Toshiba or Oki settlements? You know what you are saying is false. So you are making up a sham issue. The Yahoo poster is correct about you Do you understand the difference between a declaration of fact and a possible hypothesis? You consider it a lie for someone to propose a possible alternative interpretation of the facts?
