Toby, if you are right, then the present drop would be a buying opportunity since Zwan's selling would be completely unrelated to the business of DIGL... I do not like the present drop, of course, but maybe one should consider buying more here. I'll try to check if DIGL IR dept. has anything to say about Zwan's intentions to sell of his stock. Still long here.

On another note, can anybody say whether EXFO and DIGL are direct competitors in any way? As I understand, EXFO also manufactures portable optical testing equipment. I just don't know what exactly, at this point.

I would believe that even if he wished to divest some or all of his significant holdings that self interest would preclude him from dumping them all on the market at once.

Having said that it does have the potential to temper any upside until it all settles down. This would imply a trading range pattern for a while.

While it doesn't seem like this should be a reason to sell shares, I would be inclined to wait until any share redistribution is close to being completed because of this temporary potential of having additional shares come on the market when ever the price is getting higher.
