BB,

<< My chimp platform of choice wasn't designed to be a trick question >>

I kind of figured you for a MAC guy ... otherwise pretty hard to avoid an Intel processor over a 16 year period (which is just about my personal computing life). My first system was a used XT. Actually, I started computing several years before that (using mini based systems that were integrated into what I was selling). First micro products I used were from DG (for DOG) & Convergent Technologies out of San Jose (which had a great OS called CTOS that blew DOS away - technically speaking that is). Cant remember whether those used Intel or not.
