Carl is still doing the same old dance. He is ragging on Rambus for not collecting royalties for the past 9 years when he knows that a company has no right to collect royalties until the government grants them a patent.
He also knows the patents were granted late last year and early this year. He has been told this before more than once and yet he persists with his fable.

Sociopathy seems to be rampant in our corporations.
