On the contrary Scrapps baby, Russ is driven, you are right that Russ is wealthy, however he is driven and that is what will keep him in the game. Score is kept in dollars as you say and Russ has a lot of scoring left in him. Jain is an egomaniac and he IS NOT happy with what has happened to the price of INSP since its $138 price just 6 months ago.At the end of the day he will realize he needs to stop his act. If Russ wanted to push away from the table then he could have received a higher "walk-away" price from other potential acquirers. Jain's ego and the effect it has had where it matters(share price my man) will allow him to deal with working behind the scenes and let Russ be the front man. Russ is great in interviews, Jain is an abrasive idiot who pisses people off. When the stock was at its highs, you can get away with that cocky style.........at $28, its abrasive and gets old immediately. Russ would not allow his child to merge with a person like Jain without EVERYTHING being planned out in his mind. The combined companies will be an incredible powerhouse that will be an INCREDIBLE acquisition candidate in the next year as they execute on the combined business plan. I believe that Russ will push away from the table..........but that push away will occur when the combined GNET/INSP entity is taken over within the next 18 months at a multiple of where it closed on Friday.

That is not the person Russ is. His motivation in GNET is not just the money. If that were the case, his salary would have been higher than that of an entry level accountant.

If you had ever met him, you never would have written that post.
