AMEN Taki! Seriously take a look at HGH Plus. It is not a protein powder of any sort. It is all natural and does consist of some vitamins. No belly here. I, in fact have seen significant increases in my attentiveness, alertness and some weight loss.
I am not a avid work out person, but have been working out since taking HGH Plus and do feel more energized. That in itself may be attributed to my weigh loss.

I am also rabid about vitamins like you. Most of my vitamins I take are derivatives from food. The ones I pop in my mouth, 90% are all natural (organic).

My biggest concern is carcinogenics. Fortunately, neither side of my immediately family has ever had any form of cancer. Most of them have died of some sort of heart disease attributed to poor eating habits. It must be that Indian blood in me.

Cheers
