Changing the law of gravity...
Last year, we witnessed one of Einstein’s laws manipulated by daytraders. No longer did the rules of gravity apply as we all witnessed BAMB EGGS COOL ADSP and so many others break what many in this business felt was a science. Greenspan's quote about irrational exuberance finally started to make sense, (well at least to those who understood E=MC^2 and the attractive forces between two bodies). Since March and the mother of all shakeouts, stocks began to act normally again and the TJ's of the world saw their 15 minutes of fame end. End of story?, well not so fast. Guess what, "THEIR BAAAACK". Look at EVOK NTII CALY HENL and yes ASYS this week. Yes I played these and others and also went bargain hunting for some d-brokers that finally woke from their winter hibernation's. (Found some good value in JWG, which I am long).
So now what. Well, now you got to sit down and look at some of those charts from last year. Yes "Daytraders" are back. So expect as I do some of Al's exuberance to return as well. Readjust your trading strategies and go back to allocation, double check the story, and remember the trend is you friend. This doesn't mean it is dead for shorts, just means we have to have good memories that's all....
