i think we are approaching the issue from 2 different perspectives. From a GMST perspective, I dont really give two hoots if its MSFT or INTC that makes GMST more profitable. I get bang for my bucks either way.

As an investor in MSFT as well, I was merely trying to say, "aint a great deal" from MSFT investor perspective.
