That is just the guess of an arb desk. Everyone has a right to guess. We can assume, though, that JDSU/SDLI had their own guesses prior to the merger announcement; that they have as good a perspective as anyone on what the requirements might be; that they are probably willing to do what it takes to push it through; and that if they make divestitures, it is because they think the merger is "worth it".
