BBB, I wasn't "blaming" anybody & could care less that she posted my email. I've got my battle scars and earned my stripes. I have nothing to prove to you. My advice to you & your group is to go to the feds, go to the SEC, and defer to them. I would hope my experience would be an example to you of what kind of people you are dealing with. There are others like me who have endured the same kind of harassment, defamation & slander, ion fact Jackie Deaner is being sued in Texas by Shell's associate Joseph Pittera at this very moment.
The feds have a nationwide database. I suggest you go the local FBI office and tell them your concerns. The SEC also is on a nationwide database. In fact, you might look to the last 120 indictments against organized crime on the OTC. If you know Cathejay, ask her yourself why she posted our email exchange & you may also ask "MADE IN THE USA" who has CC's to the exchange.
I suggest you forget the message boards and go the the feds. You're already going after victims of organized crime which suggests to me that either your diligence is very weak, or you are posting what you do recklessly, or knowingly. Either way, if yiou are sincere about cleaning up the OTC, you're shooting yourself in the foot. Stan, Cathe, please remove me from your email list, you guys need to seriously get it together.

Fred ~ actually, I know nothing about the e-mail, where it came from originally, and that is not my interest. All I was saying here is that Jovial did not send it to her..because she stated that she had never heard of Jovy, when Janice stated that he'd sent it to her. It is up to our government to insure fair trading for all involved, and that is where we are petitioning, to get this done. I was really remarking about what Janice claimed, trying to pin everything she can on Jovial, when he was not involved. He takes enough tough stands already, on many issues, without made up stuff being thrown in his wake, and although he comes across as one, totally fearless and unconcerned, others here don't want him blamed for something he's not involved in what-so-ever!As a matter of fact, it was I who wrote the MAFIA poem, in his archives, poking some fun at the idea that no one but the mafia is doing anything to hurt the small investors. They arrest a few of them and think we should be satisfied. It is much wider and deeper than that. It is the whole structure of the OTCBB and its rules that bear most of the blame.If the rules were fair, no one could take advantage of us as they now do.
