I cannot find any unlocks on PALM, but on the other hand Goldman Sachs (GS) has 40 MM coming off lock next week.

There was a good article in the NYT that said NAZ is stuck until New issues/lockups are finnished. I would say if its published in the NYT it is probably in the markets already.
