Back in 1994, when Pemstar was still in its formative stages, I worked for a company that outsourced the development and manufacturing of a rather sophisticated product to Pemstar. They did an excellent job and it was obvious that they were going to be successful. They have, however, turned out to be far more aggressive on the acquisition front than I would have guessed. A nice group of people, very straight forward and professional. Lehman Brothers initiated coverage with a Buy rating this morning and set a twelve month target of $25.
