Becky, I am not sure how Yahoo reported earnings. I suspect that SI has special charges included in it's calculation, but based on the last four quarters of reported earnings of $0.60, the P/E multiple as of Friday's close was 149.

I agree with you that the P/E of VTSS is already very high with respect to the earnings growth yoy, but in comparison to it's peers, VTSS is still selling at a huge discount.

So, it's really a matter of whether or not you believe in the future growth prospects. VTSS has traditionally a very high P/E relatives to it's growth.
