Hi jim kelley; Re "It is up to the patent office to issue the patents not Rambus." (You admit that Rambus missed out on billions of dollars because their SDRAM patent application took 10 years to complete, and explain the loss as one caused by the slowness of the patent office, rather than Rambus incompetence.)

Wow! Do you suppose that there was a conspiracy in the Patent Office to stall the Rambus patent, thereby causing them to miss out on all that revenue? I would have thought that Rambus would have cared about this sort of thing and would be complaining, but not Rambus. They just rolled over and took it like a man.

And it doesn't seem to bother you much either. Maybe all this patent stuff isn't quite as cut and dried, slam dunk, can't miss, low hanging fruit, duck soup, as the Rambus longs would suggest. Maybe there's another story behind the patent situation...

Re: you are simply speculating irresponsibly.

And what is all the crap you post?

Is it not "speculating irresponsibly" because you are instead posting lies?

You've made hundreds posts containing outright lies and irresponsible speculating. Straight from the horse's mouth:

"Could they be engaged in an effort to cover up this fiasco by diverting attention to RAMBUS and patent issues to protect the stock price of AMD while they try to find a way out of this fiasco?"
