UIS mainly a value play for now as there is no news.
But what a value play it is. NOVL is both value and a play on their aggressive new announcements. Both should do great. VZ and LU are others I love down here. Look at what Barrons said on VZ for instance.

Salvatore Muio, a telecom specialist and head of Manhattan-based SM Investments states on page 14:

"Verizon is EXTREMELY CHEAP. It is
trading at 40 cents on the dollar,
based on private-market values. It
probably should be trading at 60.
This is a really healthy business
with a great collection of communications
assets. They are taking a lot of share
in long distance. And 60% of the overseas
traffic flows out of their territories, and there
are big margins on that. THIS IS A
REAL OPPORTUNITY."

Since spring until July 25 UIS has had 22 large insider buys in a row. There may be more since July 25. The last insider sale was at $32. The stock is now at $11. Insiders started buying at $21. Stock is down from $49 high. They're all directors or VP's so they have the inside info which we don't. Looks very promising. Might mean takeover talk too, I don't know. It's certainly been rumored a lot. On NOVL too which has had about half this many insider buys. I'd like to see the August figures. Will report when I get them.

I can't wait for the Sopranos episode next season, where Tony Soprano has Christopher submit a bogus Press Release through a contact at the wire service, while they cash in trading options on the tanking stock. But because the trades were through a series of offshore corporations, they profit without a trace.

Anyone feel like writing a screenplay?
