Joseph Silent: I like WOW.com very much but again I compare it with quote.com. It has very rich features especially for charts (lots of indicators, trend lines, color palette, multiple charts per workspace and multiple workspaces per session). You can track real time quotes for stocks and options. The only feature that I found it lacking is the limitation to one parameter per indicator, that means you can’t define a stochastic with %D and %K differently or MACD with three variables.

Fortunately enough, 3 Putt came to save me by supplying templates with these indicators that I use with multiple parameters. You have to know that you cannot build them on your own, even though doesn’t require programming language. 3 Putt uses an upgraded version from Omega Research such as Trading Station 2000i, which has this capability and even formulas editing. He was kind enough to build and provide me with those templates. The fun part is that they are compatible with wow.com.

I believe it’s worth trying. If you need any more info, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Joseph and all WOW.com users...

You said: "I'd appreciate any information. I may sign up for a trial run of WOW, if you feel positive about it, esp with the new indicators."

Of course, everyone is prejudiced toward what they are most familiar with, but I would recommend a trial of WOW.com. I believe it has earned/saved me many, many $$$. The data feed seems relatively reliable and fast, especially compared to Quote.com, to which I also subscribe. (I only keep it as a cheap emergency backup to WOW.com and find myself referring less and less to it, over time.) Here's a link to WOW.com's online help containing feature descriptions, tutorials, FAQs and complete user manual.

As nazticker mentioned, currently indicators are not very modifiable, but that may improve with later releases and in the meantime we have this workaround system wherein I am developing a download-able template containing the standard indicators, all with modifiable parameters. I worked on that over the weekend and hope to finish final testing of that this evening.

3Putt... head down, working hard in the R & D Dept (actually I'm headed for the golf course right now, but don't tell nazticker, ok?)...out
