CNBC Guest oil picks (all majors) cnbc.com The XOI closing above 540 will signal the froth stage in the energy sector imho. I don't know how high the OSX will get, but I certainly expect many of the laggards to still double from existing levels. I can't imagine the XOI not breaking out to new highs before this rally in energy stocks is over. 207.61.23.98 I modest pullback to 500 one more time or a straight push throught 540? Either way it happens soon.
