At the time of my first buy, I hadn't seen the news. I had been waiting for a pullback after waiting until after earnings to buy, and missing the subsequent jump. I bought with a limit order of 75, and thought this was a normal, if hellish, retracement.

I then saw the Bloomberg item about the press release and put in a limit order of 50. I'd never seen anything like this happen during market hours...they would normally either halt before the release, or release the news before or after the market. And so soon after their great earnings...seemed weird. I could have been wrong, no question. I spent a few anxious minutes until the hoax was revealed.

The perps overstepped the mark a bit, IMO. How often does a CEO step down? Louis Cole? No. Michael Saylor? No.
