Anyone have any experience on how long it might take to have an error in your account corrected? It's several weeks now, and I was wondering if TRAC would ever allow me to trade again. What kind of timeframe are we looking at? Months? Years? Can I ever expect anyone to call me back regarding my inquiry? Is 14 times to call about the same problem enough? Or should I call every 15 minutes and talk to everyone in the company each day? OR Do I just abandon my mytrack account as lost money and use my other accounts to short it as it dies a horrible death?
