Bruce Getting it properly prepared was not the problem... i was able to import (on 4th attempt) the first file you sent. The second file is identically formated in excel as the first... I just have limited patience for this sort of thing and gave it 10 strikes before the irish brain said stop before the irish blood got a chance to boil. ;) ht Mag
