<< The MEDIA is trying to run this election, and IF gore is elected, it will not be because of you, it will be because of a big time slanted liberal media. >>

Big time liberal media? Let me use just one example of how liberal the media is. When there was a question about whether Clinton smoked marijuana, there was endless reporting of questions about... how many did he smoke? Did he inhale or not? Did he do any other drugs? Did this marijuana use affect his mind? It went on for weeks and weeks.

Then the issue of Bush's cocaine use comes up, and he simply says that he won't discuss it, and that it was improper to ask him about it, and guess what? All done. No more questions about his drug use. That's it. Case closed.

Some liberal slant to the media. Righhhhht!

Guess what. It's not case closed for me, and I will be bringing it up a lot here. There are a lot of people that did jail time for what Bush did. They won't ever have the chance to run for president, because they were caught, and he wasn't. Good luck for him, and too bad for them, huh?

BTW, I often wonder why the law and order, goody two shoes right wing doesn't insist that this matter be delved into, so that we can get to the truth of the matter? Is there a double standard at work here? How long was he using cocaine? Where did he get it? Did he ever sell it? Don't you care? Shouldn't that nasty liberal media care? Shouldn't we all care? If not, why not?

Del

Prolife: What the Republicans are trying to do is avoid the debates as much as possible. They're trying to win the election through TV ads and shows such as Larry King, where 10-second answers are considered long. Clearly, Junior George is reluctant to debate before neutral audiences.

One of the great untruths today is the notion of a "big time slanted liberal media." As I have mentioned before, AM radio is dominated by right-wing commentators. Quick: Name one left-wing radio commentator. Buzzzzz. Time's up. There aren't any. In addition, the rise of cable TV has cut deeply into the clout of NBC, CBS, ABC. Outside of perhaps 10 or so major dailies, the rest of the newspapers in the United States are conservative. The arguments you're parroting are no longer valid.
