I doubt they will use sat. to connect towers to the net, so a combination of microwave and fiber will be the way it's down for the long time.

That's why I own NT, they seem to have more together then CSCO, and like the fact that NT is using JNPR routers, so they are not bother by, if it's not here it's done, thinking.

Sig, fantastic article, very good primer on what has happened and what is going to happen in the optical sector. The area I find the most interesting and hopefully the most lucrative was pretty much summed up in the following taken from the article <<
