In the 80's you guys cut taxes, increased spending, and ran up the biggest deficits and debt in our nation's history. Bush and Clinton raised taxes and now we're actually running a surplus during an economic expansion (instead of the huge deficits during the last expansion) so we can actually payoff our debt. But instead you want YOUR money back? Where i come from, skipping out on your debts is called stealing. Steve Dietrich
