THE SPELL OF CHUCHUCHAN
Little Kei-lin loved adventures. So she was delighted to be going to the wedding of her beautiful cousin Linza in the faraway village of Senfu, deep in the mountains of China. But this particular adventure was to be even more extraordinary than Kei-lin could possibly have imagined. For on her way home from the wedding festivities Kei-lin heard that Chuchuchan--the most dreadful evil spirit of all--had bewitched the village of Senfu and carried off the lovely Linza. Kei-lin made up her mind that she would not go home until she had broken the spell of Chuchuchan. Luckily she could count on her old friend the green dragon to help her. As the two determined friends set out to perform their nearly impossible task, they came across many fascinating figures from the ancient Chinese myths.
