<<what happens if we gap over that stop? i assume you would put in a mkt oprder to sell?>>

Although I still do some spoos trading, I've learned the much easier money is in selecting a basket of stocks
that should outperform the index. Thus, when the index call is good, these stocks tend to do better. When the index call fails, these stocks still can often be closed out with a small profit.

Sure, if need be, I'll stop out of everything at market... And go fully margined short, because we'd have major cycle and Bradley inversions yielding glaring sell signals if we take out that time period's low... And all hope would be lost for a bull move.

The only thing concerning me now is the fact that we made a symmetrical triangle over the last day and a half in the SPX, and broke up out of it at 1510.5 today. The base of the triangle was from the 1504 low on Thursday @ 2:30pm to the 1513.50 high on Friday @ 9:50am. A 9.5 base in length added to the 1510.5 break today created serious resistance and a reversal prone area at 1520, which thus far seems to be standing up. I'll breathe easier if and when that area gives way.
