Hi Iqbal,

Sure we are up against important resistances and we have rallied for over two weeks with nearly a 11% increase for the NDX. We may pullback but I strongly feel that the pullback should be bought aggressively. Increasingly we are seeing breakouts everywhere. Initially it was the financials and energy (old economy) but now techs have started launching breakouts. JNPR, BRCD, CIEN, GLW, IBM, INTC, CPQ, AMCC, BRCM and the list goes on. Many more are getting ready for their moves. PMCS & ADI are examples of stocks ready to hit new highs soon. ARBA and CMGI are looking good in the net sector.

The market internals have improved a lot and nearly all indices look healthy. We may get quick and sometimes sharp pullbacks but important support areas will hold and the major trend will be up and I certainly plan on profiting from it. The next few months are going to be very exciting so good luck to everyone here.

Peace

Thanks for HLIT analysis...only IIX problem now is revaluation of YHOO this morning by analyst.
Watching HLIT closely as I am out right now but loving my RDRT calls...with short interest over 18 million...could get a lot more interesting.
