Anyone still following Earthworks?
It is presently sitting in limbo waiting for a court ruling. EWK was given approval to go ahead with the Cortina Project but at the last moment there was a legal challenge in opposition to the project. The judge heard arguments from each side in June and has not ruled as yet.

Meantime EWK has gone ahead, raised sufficient money for the project and been involved in other(unspecified but potentially lucrative) activities.

The stock appears to have bottomed and is now moving up fairly rapidly on small volume as there are hardly any offers to sell. It would appear that stock holders are convinced of teh worth of this stock and are not releasing a lot of it at this time.

The ruling from the judge is pending any time now. It is suspected that the ruling will be favorable. EWK has done its howework, and all of the required environmental impact studies. The land fill is on Indian Land and the Bureau of Indian Affairs gave the original green light.

EWK has only 10.4 million shares issued and a property that is worth a potential bonanza as it is developed.

Well worth watching at this point.
