Here's a little more info on JPSI's new products that were introduced at Semicon West in San Francisco in July: Rapid Line Stage jmar-psi.com Used for wafer inspection in the semi industry and for making microarrays of genetic material for the biotech industry. Atomic Force Microscopes (Click on AV-100 at the above URL) Called the AV-50 and AV-100 (AV for Atomic Vision) - used for defect review and surface analysis. Two more larger, more motorized versions - AV-200 and AV-300 - will be introduced this fall. Speed Scan200 Measures very small dimensions on electronic parts and disk drives, etc. Meets clean room standards for semi production. More models to be introduced in this line this fall.
