THREEI... Very well said. You know your NASDAQ market and the new system in and out (most people don't understand the new tier size and reserve order rule changes for SUPERSOES). Every single thing you said I agree with. However, I think you are UNDERESTIMATING the impact of the increased risk exposure. I believe it will further creat MORE volatility by scaring away many 'borderline' MM's due to the tilting of the risk/reward structure in these stocks (in other words, as the already volatile stocks become MORE dangerous with lightning fast executions, less MM firms will want to risk making a market in it).
